We are looking for an individual who can grow with our 16-year-old business. A successful applicant will be able to work with our customers and master all phases of our production process.

We consult with our customers to design awards, trophies and signs that meet their desires. We then engrave, imprint, etch and craft the items.

Our customers include individuals, organization leaders, business executives, and government officials. We produce some of the most prestigious awards in Southwestern Virginia.

A successful applicant will possess many skills. These skills include working well with people and great customer service. He or she will be proficient with a computer, graphics programs, and a ruler. It is also a must to be an excellent speller with strong grammatical skills. A keen attention to detail is a must.

The applicant with the highest aptitude will be trained in all the skills and systems unique to our business.
